Our newest book is An Ideal Way to Fly, the first publication published under our new Bold Face Press name. It’s the second adventure of Ed McCorkel, Price Hill insurance man and sometime private detective, whose first adventure, An Ideal Way to Die, is currently available from the PHHS bookstore. In this mystery, set in 1940s Price Hill, there’s something going on around Prout’s Corner . . . Something fishy, Ed thinks. But then he is called away–by no less than First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt–to investigate a murder on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. He returns to Price Hill in time to unravel the Prout’s Corner mystery, too.
